Our expertise and success were recognised at the Estates Gazette Awards 2005, 2006,  and 2007 when we were awarded Property Adviser of the Year for the North East & Yorkshire for three years in a row. In 2008 we were awarded the Estates Gazette Award, Property Adviser of the Year for the North for the first time and successfully followed this by winning the same award in 2009, 2010 and 2011 and we have just been awarded the same award for 2012, making eight consecutive years.
