Architecture

Sanderson Weatherall’s commitment to architecture is driven by three primary concerns:
  • A comprehensive understanding of the client and its goals
  • The functional requirements of the building
  • The nature of the site and surrounding community
We work in partnership with clients to understand their mission, culture, history and vision, integrating this knowledge into the design process.

From the outset Sanderson Weatherall project teams integrate design talent with technical expertise and construction know-how. We maintain oversight of the project from pre-design through to occupancy, ensuring that projects are delivered on-time and within budget and that client needs are met at every step of the process.

Sustainability is a critical aspect of our work. For any building type, our design process is based on responsible solutions including energy efficient building systems, appropriate selection of materials and form to maximize environmental conditions, along with long term performance.

We are committed to architecture which is strong yet open, precise yet subtle, serious yet fun and is a contribution to the wider society in which it has to function.

We offer services across all sectors of the industry including:
  • Architecture and design
  • Master planning & urban regeneration
  • Feasibility studies & reports
  • Conservation of historic and listed buildings
  • Interior design & space planning
  • Hospitality & leisure architecture
  • Access & disability design
