Advising a number of developers, owners and occupiers across the UK, we value, survey or negotiate the rent on over 700 pubs, hotels, guest houses, clubs and restaurants each year, with an approximate overall value of £225m.

 

We have wide-ranging experience of the letting, sale and acquisition of licensed and leisure properties, working on behalf of both private and corporate clients, insolvency practitioners, brewers and banks.

 

Our landlord and tenant teams provide a comprehensive range of services including lease renewals and rent reviews. We act on behalf of clients in any negotiation scenarios and can also provide expert witness or arbitration work where necessary.

 

Valuation
We carry out valuations on all licensed & leisure properties for the purposes of security for lenders, investment portfolios, or for current owners and occupiers.

 

We provide an extensive rating service for clients to ensure accuracy of a given rateable value and have in-depth experience of dealing with appeals at valuation tribunals on behalf of rate payers.

 

Our in-house interior design team specialises in the fit-out and refurbishment of licensed properties, creating imaginative and original environments without compromising on originality and flair.
