  • Office acquisition in Rochdale on behalf of Belgrave for circa £2m.
  • Sale and leaseback for a Coventry office business park at £8.1m on behalf of Galliford Try.
  • The acquisition of Billingham Town Centre of behalf of clients for £15.25m.
  • Industrial Sale & leaseback at Eastway, Preston for circa £7.5m.
  • The acquisition of town centre retail units in Darlington circa £2m for a private client.
  • Forward funding of Northallerton Retail Park for circa £10m for Rokeby Developments.
  • Sale and leaseback of Chancery Court, High Wycombe for £3.1m on behalf of Galliford Try.
  • Sale of various commercial and office investments and Morton Palms Darlington circa £8m for City & Northern.
We have ongoing requirements for private trusts and funds, for lot sizes varying from £250,000 to £20m. Clients include The Towler Trust, Cable Properties and Lord Joicey.
