Sanderson Weatherall's planning team is fully qualified to assess the feasibility of a potential development project before plans are submitted, to ensure that the land in question isn't adversely affected by any planning, policy or technical constraints.

 

We undertake extensive research and analysis of the Local Authority Planning Policies and Development Plans, examine schemes that have been refused or accepted in the area in the past and discuss with planning officers the key issues of each individual site to fully understand the limitations our clients face.

Utilising this knowledge gives us the ability to best advise clients on the deliverability of a proposed scheme, ensuring that key issues are clearly identified so that they can be effectively dealt with ahead of a planning application submission.
