Our planning consultants have a wealth of expertise in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals, combining local knowledge with commercial awareness to ensure that the development potential of sites is realised.

  • Preparation of planning applications and supporting documentation
  • Preparation of evidence and supporting statements to accompany Local Plan and UDP representation
  • Negotiation of Section 106 agreements and planning conditions with local planning and statutory authorities
Using thorough research and negotiation, our consultants will do their upmost to avoid the costly and time-consuming appeals process. However, should a submission be required, we are fully equipped to prepare and submit an appeal, prepare proofs of evidence and provide expert witness at public inquiry and High Court.
