Rare town centre office space becomes available in Darlington

A leading North East property consultancy has been tasked with finding new tenants for one of Darlington’s largest and most prominent office blocks.
 
Sanderson Weatherall alongside joint agent Carver Commercial Chartered Surveyors will assist with leasing negotiations for the centrally located, four-storey Regent House on Commercial Street in the town centre.
Tim Carter, of Sanderson Weatherall’s Teesside office, said the well-appointed building was a highly attractive opportunity for prospective tenants.
