Sanderson Weatherall welcomes the arrival of some key figures to its Newcastle
and London offices. Finlo Corrin, to head up London's corporate services team
and Adrian Mattock, licensed & leisuire director alongwith Liz McCloughlin as
senior rating surveyor in Newcastle.
Finlo Corrin has joined Sanderson Weatherall's London office as director of its
corporate services team. Joining from GE Capital Solutions Europe and with over
17 years of experience in the valuation and disposal of plant, machinery and business
assets, Finlo has worked extensively in North America and the Pacific Rim, as
well as in Europe and the UK and will now head up SW’s division in the South.
Adrian joins the firm from a national PLC in the North East where he specialised
in the licensed sector for eleven years. Working alongside Nigel Westwood, his
role will focus on the continued development of the department, providing advice
to existing clients and nurturing new business opportunities. In particular, he
will be specialising on the sale of both freehold and leasehold hotels and pubs,
as well as quality bed and breakfasts.
Liz McLoughlin has strengthened Newcastle's rating and compulsory purchase division
as a senior surveyor. Joining from Newcastle City Council’s Property Services
Regeneration team and with over 10 years of expertise in the industry, particularly
with compulsory purchase work and in the acquisition of properties to further
regeneration projects. She has worked on the disposal of development sites, particularly
within areas requiring public sector intervention, encompassing complex planning,
highways utility and funding issues.
