Within the corporate services division sits a bespoke unit formed to provide a specialist valuation and disposal service to asset based lenders, restructuring, turnaround and corporate recovery professionals.

The Sanderson Weatherall food and agribusiness team has specialist knowledge of the whole sector of farming and food processing, from grain mills, abattoirs and dairies, to packaging and distribution, machinery manufacturers and leisure.

Our property capabilities in this sector are significantly strengthened by our retained consultant Derry Patmore FRICS FAAV.  Derry is an agricultural specialist in every sense, having worked originally on his family’s beef and arable farms before qualifying as a land agent with Smiths Gore, progressing to become a partner at Savills, and establishing his own practice, Patmores, in 1984.  Derry merged his business with Cluttons, then becoming a director with Carter Jonas from where he recently retired.

 

 

The unit is led by Mark Swiers and includes Roy Tubman (himself from a farming family) and David Fawcett.
